With our recent 10th anniversary celebration and our busiest financial year ever, the Village has certainly been bustling!
Underscoring the ongoing success of our community, we’ve recently handed over 56 homes. Forty six of these were new builds and ten were established home resales. In addition, we’ve had 60 new home contracts signed over the past year!
Currently, 33 people are waiting to move into the Village, including many who’ve reserved home sites in our final two stages (9 and 10), which will be available later in 2024, after the Water Corporation completes pipeline works within our borders.
With such strong demand to be part of our community, there are now only a handful of 3 bedroom home sites left to book and build on. So, if you’re in need of a larger home, please be quick to snap yours up! We’ll also be creating a waiting list, should there be any cancellations.
We do still have 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom sites available and I would encourage viewing the 2 bed range. They’re surprisingly easy to live in because of their roomy designs and clever use of inside and outside living areas, and have been extremely popular. Both couples and singles have
also opted for our terrific 1 bedroom homes, so why not take a look and see what suits you best?
In other news, we’re eagerly awaiting the completion of our new Function Centre and full size bowling green. They’ll be ready later this year or early next year and are going to be fabulous additions to our existing $6m+ worth of facilities.
Our recent celebration marking 10 years since our first homeowner moved in was a lot of fun. It was great to reflect on the Village’s transformation over time and the community that’s been created here, thanks to a lot of hard work on the part of many, many people.
It’s been a very rewarding experience and, as Helena Valley Lifestyle Village continues to grow, it no doubt will deliver much more personal and professional fulfilment.
