$500 deposit terms and conditions

  • You can secure your home and home site by signing a sales contract and paying a $500 fully refundable deposit
  • The deposit holds the home and home site for up to 120 days while you sell your existing home
  • Once your existing home is sold and contract unconditional, the deposit becomes non-refundable and goes towards your purchase price
  • If you are paying cash, once we have ordered the home, the deposit becomes non-refundable and goes towards your purchase price
  • If you don’t sell your home, or you change your mind before we order your new home or you sell your existing home, we cancel the contract and refund your deposit
