Wow, time is really flying faster than ever and we are being kept very busy preparing for the completion of the Water Corporation pipeline removal and the influx of our new homes to complete the construction of the Village.
There’s a lot of planning going into these final stages with around 70 homes being installed in a very short time, once the pipeline removal is complete.
Currently the Water Corporation have amended their schedule and are now projecting they will be finished in the village at the end of November this year – so we are lining up our civil contractors and getting an early start with building our homes based on the new schedule. That’s certainly an advantage of our method of building homes off-site and transporting them to site. We can be building homes at the same time as building the home sites, making the whole process much quicker with less works on-site.
In addition to all this planning, we are delighted to advise that works have started on the refurbishment of our Function Centre which we expect to be ready for occupation in the first quarter of next year. When finished, the Function Centre will provide a main function room, a separate family centre area with an outside swimming pool and bbq area, along with a multi-purpose consulting room, all of which perfectly complements the full-size bowling green we already have operational.
This exciting refreshment of the Function Centre will complete the facility construction in the Village.
Sales remain very strong and there are now only around 26 home sites available out of our 380 total homes, when we are full. If you’ve ever thought about downsizing and taking advantage of $8 million worth of facilities and a wonderful, secure and fulfilling lifestyle, then now is the time before everything is sold.
