Can you believe its almost Christmas already?
We’ve had another massive year with 70 people signing contracts or expressions of interest to secure the final remaining homes in the Village.
With over 50 of these now sold and settled, there are only 20 still currently available as of today’s date and this number changes daily!
While most of these are 1 bedroom homes, we are getting some cancellations on the larger homes which get snapped up quickly so its worth staying in touch if you’re looking for something larger than a one bedroom home because they do come up from time to time.
Over 90% of the Water Corp pipeline is now out of the ground! The last section is waiting on the final approvals and we are done with the pipeline and onto the civil works to complete stages 9 and 10 and install the last 70 odd homes in the Village.
We anticipate the entire Village to be complete around this time next year and we are so looking forward to completing the final pieces to the puzzle.
The Function Centre is looking good with the refurbishments well underway and the pool construction due to start shortly. We expect to be able to open the Function Centre at the end of March 2026.
The new 6 rink bowling green is getting good use and the completion of the new carpark and shade structure at the rear of the Clubhouse has added some very useful parking space and added to the extended grassed area.New street lighting has been added in stages 7 and 8 and the new greens pace next to the new bowling green is a picture.
While we’ve still got some construction to complete this coming year, we are still a wonderful Village to live in with a fantastic group of Homeowners and I think we are one of the best lifestyle villages in WA if not, the best. But I’m not biased… much.
