Wow, we are still super busy at the Village – and it’s been amazing!
Demand for our homes remains so high that many designs are now sold out. As a result, we continue to see people missing out on their favourite home design. In a bid to help, we’re pleased to share our new Expression of Interest process. This wonderful initiative allows buyers to sign up as second, third and fourth in line to reserve a specific design in the event the person who’s secured the home cancels for any reason.
Currently, more than 50 homes are already booked in the Village, leaving us with only about 30 homes to sell in the entire community – and that number changes every day.
Right now, there is still an opportunity to secure a home in our unique, idyllic lifestyle village, but those who wait too long will very soon find everything will be sold. Once we get to that point, the only way to get into a new home will be to rely on someone cancelling.
In other news, the Water Corporation is still working as hard as it can to complete the pipeline works running through Helena Valley Lifestyle Village. This project has created a few challenges getting into our community due to the related road works and traffic management. The latest information from the Corporation is that the work will be finished by the end of September this year.
The good news is that the completion of the pipeline project will pave the way for our team to begin building the final home sites. We anticipate these homes will be ready to move into around the middle of next year, which will no doubt come very fast as time has been flying!
