Only 30 new homes remain up for grabs at Helena Valley Lifestyle Village, marking a historic phase of the landmark development.
Project Director John Green says it’s incredible that 305 homes are now occupied and the final residences are up for sale.
“With just 77 homes ever left to build in our safe, gated Village, the community spirit is now palpable,” says John.
“The first Homeowners moved into our community more than a decade ago and the number of residents now surpasses 450.
“In this time, we’ve been able to create the ideal blend of privacy and connectedness here in the Village and it’s this – and our stunning nature-filled space – that has fuelled strong demand since 2013.”
Of the 77 homes still to be constructed, 47 are already under offer.
“Of the final 30 newly built residences available to be snapped up, there are 1, 2 and 3-bedroom options,” says John.
“However, as more and more sell, the choice is becoming increasingly limited, so now is definitely the time to act to find the perfect fit for your new chapter of life,” says John.
These final homes are set to be ready to move into by spring next year, once the Water Corporation completes upgrade works on a pipeline running through the Village, and it’s just $1,000 to secure a site.
