When we came here and saw the Clubhouse we were gobsmacked!

Function & Family Centre

The hub of Helena Valley Lifestyle Village is, without doubt, our stunning, contemporary Clubhouse.
We’re so excited to offer this impressive new facility for our Lifestylers

The Village team is thrilled to be working towards the creation of another new Village facility – a fantastic space for everyone with a particular focus on families and functions.
Dubbed our Function Centre, it will feature:
- A large, 150-person function room with kitchen. Careful planning means this venue will be able to host separate events in the function room and Family Centre at the same time.
- Separate Family Centre with outdoor swimming pool, ideal for taking a dip with the grandkids.
- A new six-rink bowling green
- Once the new rink is complete, our existing three-rink bowling green near the Clubhouse will be given a facelift and repurposed. Our Lifestylers are being canvassed for their input on what may end up here. The options include half-court tennis and pickleball courts, an open recreation area, a mini-golf course or a volleyball space
This space is still subject to some approvals, including the Town Planning Scheme Amendment Approval and Development Approval (DA) from the Shire of Mundaring.
We have made good progress with the bowling green now completed and there is more works to do before it can be opened for use and anticipate construction works to continue during the second half of 2024 with completion expected in the first half of 2025 all things going to plan.

Hobby Workshop

The hub of Helena Valley Lifestyle Village is, without doubt, our stunning, contemporary Clubhouse.
I’ve used the workshop to do a little bit of carpentry because it’s got the benchtable for cutting and all the tools right there.
Horry Mawdesley
Helena Valley Lifestyle Village’s hobby workshop is the ideal habitat for those handy Lifestylers who love to tinker.
The space is incredibly well-equipped with tools and machinery (and even a welding area) to make small – or larger – individual home or Village repairs a simple affair.
The workshop is a special community hub that has contributed to some amazing projects and helped cement dozens of friendships, as well as paved the way for many impromptu lessons and, of course, endless jokes and laughs!
The space has, notably, been used to build playground equipment for Woodbridge Primary School and a Lifestylers’ caravan was even project built in the workshop.
If you love using your hands to create with wood, metal and the like, this is your Village sanctuary!
