The Village’s Community Garden crew sold up a storm at our recent market day. Setting up their stall on the Clubhouse verandah, their offerings included potted plants (including herbs and vegetable seedlings) and a mouthwatering selection of freshly picked lettuce, carrots, bok choy, cauliflower, turnips, silverbeet and more.
There were also delicious homemade preserves and an impressive assortment of handmade artisan crafts, gorgeous gemstone jewellery, bags, clothing and bountiful bric-a-brac. The Community Garden members also ran the popular sausage sizzle on the day. Thanks to all who helped make the stall a smashing success!
