We’ve been run off our feet at the Village…still!
Demand for our homes has been extremely high with over 50 homes placed under contract in the last 8 months.
This leaves only about 30 homes left to sell in the entire Village and all are on target to be ready to move into early in 2026.
So, this really is the last opportunity to secure a new home in this unique and wonderful community in advance. The great part about getting in early is that it gives you plenty of time to get your current home ready for sale, downsize your belongings, and properly prepare for your exciting next move.
For those who are ready to move in sooner, we do now have a few homes available to move into today – one display home and a couple of established homes, but you will need to be quick!
In other Village news, the Water Corporation is continuing to work diligently to complete the Goldfields water pipeline upgrade. This pipeline, which runs through the Village, is being realigned and made bigger to cater for WA’s future water needs. We’re told this work will be finished by mid next year, which will pave the way for people to move into their new homes around the end of next year.
The Water Corporation activity and related traffic detours in and around the Village have not dampened the spirits of our homeowners, with many turning out to enjoy a concert in our Clubhouse put on by Helena Valley Primary School’s choir. This annual event is always fabulous – and it was clear from the rousing reception they received that the kids did a tremendous job and that their audience was most appreciative. Thanks to everyone who joined in; it’s great to witness all the joy the concert brings.
