The community’s main gated entrance automatically closes between dusk and dawn, with Homeowners using fob access to come and go. Visitors and family members can open the gate remotely via an intercom call to the Homeowner’s mobile or landline, and additional fobs are available for family members who visit often.

John adds, “These safety measures are important and mean those living here feel much more secure than when they were in a traditional house in suburbia, which helps reduce stress. It makes going away on holiday much less worrying, too.”
