More than 200 Homeowners recently came together to celebrate the opening of our new community facilities here at Helena Valley Lifestyle Village, and what a day it was.
Adding to our already impressive Clubhouse and amenities, these new facilities reflect our ongoing commitment to creating a community where Homeowners can connect, stay active and enjoy a strong sense of belonging.
Function & Family Fabulous!
The hub of Helena Valley Lifestyle Village is, without doubt, our stunning, contemporary Clubhouse, and our new Function Centre takes it to the next level.
“We’re so excited to welcome our Lifestylers to this impressive new facility,” says Project Director John Green.
The Function Centre is now open, a fantastic new space for everyone with a particular focus on families and functions. Careful planning means the venue can host separate events at once, giving our community even more flexibility to gather, celebrate and connect.
Our Function Centre features:
- A large, 150 person function room with kitchen
- A separate Family Centre with heated outdoor swimming pool, ideal for taking a dip with the grandkids
- A magnificent six rink bowling green with shade structure, already proving a hit with Homeowners
- Beautiful new greenspace adjacent to the bowling green, with the former three rink green near the Clubhouse now being transformed into pickleball courts
- New parking bays, plus extended grassed and landscaped areas around the Function Centre
With the final release of homes now selling, this is an exciting time to be part of the Helena Valley story.
