In what will be a story that is certainly close to the hearts for a lot of our residents, we are pleased to announce the installation of our new ‘Lest We Forget’ plaque.
Special thanks must go to the social club who organised the plaque and in particular Gordon Newman and Barrie Gear who were the driving forces behind this wonderful and moving memorial.
Without doubt, the plaque will take centre stage at our Remembrance Day commemoration which is always a time for unity and reflection at the Village.
